I stayed in this apartment for a month and had a great experience. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos, with a nice, modern renovation. Though small, it is well-designed and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with cafes, restaurants, and the metro about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is slightly away from the busy center, making the surroundings peaceful while still providing easy access to everything I needed. The washer and dryer are on the same floor, about 10 meters away, but I knew this in advance, and it wasn’t an issue. Otherwise, the apartment had everything I needed, and I experienced no inconveniences. The host was very responsive and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay.

Ashley is very responsive, helpful and overall a great host! I rented for 3 months since I was here for a PT travel contract. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to rent out another unit that Ashley has available in the area too! Amazing area which is also walkable to the metro station and food places. Would highly recommend this spot!
