Other Details to Note

A few things to note: This building (like many older buildings) uses central heating and air conditioning. This means that the apartments are heated during the winter and cooled during the summer. AC does not turn on until the end of April or beginning of May! If you are particularly sensitive to heat, please reach out to me before booking! The laundry room is located on the third floor, and you can use your credit card to pay for washing and drying. There is no laundry inside the unit. No smoking and no pets, per building rules. Finally, the building requires new residents to register their name and contact info upon move-in and sign a lease stating that they've booked on Airbnb for the building’s records. This is a building-wide safety measure and outside of my control. I provide all information and paperwork pre-filled (as much as possible) for your convenience!
