This is long stay Airbnb is perfect. It may be a studio but it feels like more than enough room (even for 2 people)…doesn’t feel cramped at all. It’s a relaxing place to come home to at the end of day. Garage parking is convenient and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment in Rosslyn. The location is unbeatable – just minutes from the metro, making it incredibly convenient to get into DC or around Arlington. The neighborhood feels safe, vibrant, and has everything you need within walking distance, from great restaurants and coffee shops to grocery stores.
The apartment itself is bright, modern, and well-maintained, with a layout that makes excellent use of the space. The building staff are friendly and responsive, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.
Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to call home, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable apartment in the DC area.

One of our clients stayed at this property for one month, and it was a smooth process coordinating with Ashley. We didn't hear of any complaints from the client who stayed there. We hope to have the opportunity to do so again next year!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment over the summer! The studio was quiet, spacious, and had modern amenities. Ashley was responsive to any questions or issues that came up and even generously provided laundry tokens. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Bethesda.

I had a great stay here! I stayed for a long term period of time and had no issues. If I needed anything, Ashley was prompt to help and extremely accommodating. The area is quiet, and a short walk to the metro station. Great downtown area and shops nearby. I would absolutely come back!

I've lived seasonally in this area for 13 yrs and Ashley's place is my fav of all time! So much so that I'm staying with her again in the coming weeks for 3 months!
The place was exactly like the photos, never had any issues, she is the nicest person! Felt like an old friend not just a landlord.
Don't pass up on any of her places! She's the best!

If you’re looking for a peaceful gem…look no further Ashley’s place is simply Amazing. If u are looking for good food and fun there’s plenty of it in the nearby shopping malls and restaurants 😊 it’s an all inclusive adventure for sure! The most beautiful balance of peace and pleasure for sure 👍

I stayed here for three months and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the metro, Mount Vernon Trail, and within walking distance to Georgetown. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and the on-site gym was a major plus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable long-term stay in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Ashley’s apartment! The place is beautifully modern and recently renovated — the bathroom and kitchen are both spotless and fully equipped, and the bedroom is super comfortable. Ashley was incredibly thoughtful and prepared everything we could possibly need, which made our stay really easy and pleasant.
The apartment felt very safe and secure, and it’s only a 5–8 minute walk to the subway station, which made getting around super convenient. Everything was perfect — I highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely book again in the future!
