I stayed here for three months and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the metro, Mount Vernon Trail, and within walking distance to Georgetown. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and the on-site gym was a major plus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable long-term stay in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Ashley’s apartment! The place is beautifully modern and recently renovated — the bathroom and kitchen are both spotless and fully equipped, and the bedroom is super comfortable. Ashley was incredibly thoughtful and prepared everything we could possibly need, which made our stay really easy and pleasant. The apartment felt very safe and secure, and it’s only a 5–8 minute walk to the subway station, which made getting around super convenient. Everything was perfect — I highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely book again in the future!

Ashley was a great host! The place was clean, spacious & walkable to many different food places and coffee shops! Ashley was always responsive within a reasonable time, and quickly was able to resolve issues that would arise. I would recommend Ashley as a host to anyone visiting the Rosslyn area for short or long term stays!

I stayed in this apartment for a month and had a great experience. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos, with a nice, modern renovation. Though small, it is well-designed and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with cafes, restaurants, and the metro about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is slightly away from the busy center, making the surroundings peaceful while still providing easy access to everything I needed. The washer and dryer are on the same floor, about 10 meters away, but I knew this in advance, and it wasn’t an issue. Otherwise, the apartment had everything I needed, and I experienced no inconveniences. The host was very responsive and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay.

I rented this apartment from Ashley for about 6 months during a gap year from school. Ashley was the best host I could have asked for, she went out of her way several times for me when I needed something, and she ALWAYS responds extremely fast! I moved to the area by myself and Ashley made everything super comfortable and easy for me which meant so much! The apartment was perfect for me, and in a great location.

We had an incredible 3-month stay at Ashley’s place, and it exceeded all expectations. Despite our very late check-in, Ashley patiently waited for us and even bought some cookies, knowing we’d be hungry after our journey. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt at home right away. Throughout our stay, whenever we had a question or issue, Ashley resolved it immediately. Her genuine care and attention made us feel like she truly wanted our stay to be perfect — and it absolutely was! Ashley’s place was a perfect stay. The duration of the stay was 4 months in which Ashley was always responsive to all the questions that were asked. She provided great local recommendations and the apartment was beautifully furnished. The location is a prime spot for anyone looking to either enjoy the Arlington scenery or if you are new to the DMV area it is only a 20 minute drive to the North DC area and a 10 minute drive South DC area. Overall great stay and would gladly stay there again!
